INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR & TOURNAMENT in Gran Canaria - February 2 till 5, 2012

for kyu, dan and instructors

This event is of special interest for all those budoka who would like to combine their budo activities with a holiday week in the sun. Read the details here.

In the beginning of the year 2012, from February 2 until 5, an

international seminar for Takeda Budo will be directed by headmaster Kobilza. It will include classes for Aikido, Iaido, Jodo, Jujitsu, Jukempo and Kendo. In the disciplines Aikido, Iaido and Jodo, a special shiai training is planned for sogo randori, toriwaza randori, jiyugata, as well as for batto shiai and jo toriwaza randori.

On Sunday, February 5, as an integrated part of the international seminar, the 1. Spanish Open Tournament for Takeda Budo will be organized by the Sobukai Gran Canaria. Admitted are all ISTB members (kyu or dan). For more details go to the  registration form.

Last but not least, there are also dan and license exams during the seminar. Candidates are kindly asked to send their application forms dierectly to the ISTB or to ask their sensei to transfer them to ISTB HQS until January 10, 2012.

IMPORTANT: ISTB recommends that people who want to participate in this event shall contact their travel agency or go to internet in order to book their trip (flight plus hotel), there are arrangements for resonable prices for 4-5 days or a week. If you book a hotel in the region Maspalomas (Playa del Ingles or San Augustin), you will not be far from the sports center and close to the beach.
